1.5 cups cold skim milk
4 oz. pkg. chocolate pudding, instant, no sugar no fat magical variety
2 cups thawed cool whip or cool whip variation on a theme
Beat the milk and puddin' for one minute, fold in coo hwhip, chill.
Tastes great with some plain cheesecake or by itself.
